Meal Program Return and Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with our meal programs. However, once a program has started, refunds will not be issued.
Pausing or Rescheduling Your Meal Program:
If you need to pause or reschedule your meal program, you must notify us 72 hours prior to your earliest dispatch date. This will allow us to credit the remaining meal days to your account.
Credits:

Credited meal days do not expire and can be used to reschedule your meal program at a future date.

Please note that these credits cannot be converted into a refund or cash equivalent.

To reschedule your meal program, simply email us at info@edenpantry.com. Our team will aim to assist you in arranging a new start date that suits your needs.
